Right now im sitting in my room watching my computer, glued to the presidential polls. I have to say its been the craziest thing not having any news source here in florida, no tv news or paper. its been a lot of what ive heard from people and i think that is why it feels so surreal that im sitting up right now blown away by election. These next couple years are sure to be different no matter what happens and im not here to write about politics on this blog, i wouldnt even know where to start, but i do have thoughts on what is to come.
Unity?
Im shocked how much a country can be so united and not. The attacks and counter attacks by the blue and the red are very interesting.
World Views?
Listening in to the news tonight the impact of this election to the rest of the world is amazing. I feel a little perturbed to not know as much as people around the world.
Where are our next steps?
However this ends its going to be historical, but after the election our choice aren't over. the big vote is finished but life itself is still to be chosen everyday. There are going to be a lot of people to complain and be angry, but to dwell on the election and count days as few because of our nations leader is a wild notion. My life is going to change surly, isn't life changing everyday, but my outlook and my attitude towards life will be positive. The vote that counts is wether or not to wake up and move along.
