No matter what it always seems like in life there is always certain Sins we fall into and it feels like its the one thing we could never stop. It even gets to a point we don't care to stop it. We just write it off as something we've done and it cant get better, nor do we think we could even try to make it better. Since last week i've been wondering how some of the greatest leaders i know and some of my closest friends fall into the same guilty pleasures. The question i've battled with is when did God become not good enough. If we would really think about what we are doing when we say we are "on fire" or "in pursuit of God plan", but keep getting into the same mess, the only explanation is we are not taking God up on all He is. We are not as in love and "on fire" as we think we are. If we are at a point we would like to think we are we would through down whatever we are in to and run right into God and thank Him for the grace He's been showing us. The reason we are in our sin is because we delight in it. We put the pleasure of sin higher than finding pleasure in Worship or devotion or meditation. The turn from our sin to God is the hardest thing but the conviction for me when i realized how much i was giving my best to sin instead of Him was enough that i want to try to delight God with everything.

God is not watching or judging.
That's your job.
God created you out of nothing.
That was his part.
Making a mess out of christianity?
Well don't then.
Greatness isn't so much about what you do, as what you don't do.
So do what you want to do.
And don't do what you know you shouldn't.
